Welcome to FlexPay!


This section of our support page will guide you step by step in setting up your FlexPay account.


There are four required steps to setting up your FlexPay account: 


  1.  Adding Companies 
  2.  Adding Gateways 
  3.  Generating API keys
  4.  Testing



Before Companies, Gateways and API keys can be added to an account, you first need credentials to access the FlexPay platform. These are generated by the FlexPay support team.


Once your account has been created in FlexPay, our support team will generate your username and password and email them to you in separate emails in keeping with PCI standards.


If you do not receive them in your inbox, you may want to check your spam and junk folders.


For account issues, to reset your password, confirm your username or for any questions or assistance you can email our support team at support@flexpay.io or send a ticket by logging onto our support page at https://support.flexpay.io/support/home.


Now that you have your credentials, you are ready to begin adding your companies, gateways and generating your API keys.

Logging into FlexPay

 

Start by logging into your FlexPay account at https://client.flexpay.io/Account/Login with your Username and Password that was emailed to you.

Once you have logged in, it is suggested you change the temporary password which was emailed to you. Choose something that you can remember.




 


Changing your Password

 

Step 2:  Click on your account username at the top right of the page. This will display a drop-down box showing the "Edit profile" option.







Step 3: Click on the “Edit profile” button. You will be directed to the “Edit Profile” page showcasing your user information, which includes the password field. Here you will change your password and click “save Password” at the bottom of the page to save changes.
