Setting up your account in FlexPay

This section of our support page will guide you step by step in setting up your FlexPay account.

There are four required steps to setting up your FlexPay account: 

  1.  Adding Companies to Your FlexPay Account
  2.  Adding Payment Gateways to your FlexPay Account
  3.  Generating Your API Keys
  4. Testing Transactions

Before Companies, Gateways, and API keys can be added to an account, you first need credentials to access the FlexPay platform. These are generated by the FlexPay Client Success team.

Once your account has been created in FlexPay, a member of our Customer Success team will generate your username and password and email them to you in separate emails in keeping with PCI standards. If you do not receive them in your inbox, you may want to check your spam and junk folders.

For account issues, to reset your password, confirm your username, or for any questions or assistance, you can email our support team at support@flexpay.io or send a ticket by logging onto our support page at https://support.flexpay.io/support/home

Now that you have your credentials, you are ready to begin adding your companies, gateways and generating your API keys.
