Client Credential Setup Within

In most cases, FlexPay Relationship Managers will set up the FlexPay MIDs on (formerly Limelight) for you (clients). To do so, you (client) must provide credentials for the RM to access the account. Unfortunately, there are times when the credentials provided do not grant access and the RM is unable to log in to setup the MIDs.

The reason this occurs is because the client must enable access to certain parameters within to grant the RM access. To facilitate the client to the correct parameters to grant access are the following screen shots from within the RM can use to guide the client.
