Client Credential Setup Within

In most cases, FlexPay Client Success Managers will set up the FlexPay MIDs on (formerly Limelight) for you (clients). To do so, you (client) must provide credentials for the CSM to access the account. Unfortunately, there are times when the credentials provided do not grant access and the CSM is unable to log in to setup the MIDs.

The reason this occurs is because the client must enable access to certain parameters within to grant the CSM access. To facilitate the client to the correct parameters to grant access are the following screen shots from within the CSM can use to guide the client.
