Configuring the time delay for batch processing is discussed with the client prior to the account going live. This is essentially scheduling a time when transactions (either initial or retires) will be processed and when the response file will be sent to the client.
The setup is done on the FlexPay platform by the FlexPay team.
Step 1: Go into administration by clicking on the white cog button at the top far right of the page.
Step 2: Select "Platform Config".
Step 3: Select "Edit batch config"
Step 4: Indicate the time delays options required.
