Configuring the time delay for batch processing is discussed with you (client) prior to the account going live. This is essentially scheduling a time when transactions (either initial or retires) will be processed and when the response file will be sent to you (client). The setup is usually handled by the FlexPay team on the client portal.
In the left navigation menu, under ADMIN > Account settings, select the Platform configurations section.
On the Platform configurations page on the right, scroll until you see "Edit batch config". Click on the button to edit the batch processing.
This will open up the configuration window. Select the preferred options and times within which the batches should be scheduled to be processed and click on "Save config".
