DirectScale Configuration Guide

Introduction

This guide is required for enabling FlexPay's failed payment recovery to operate with DirectScale. It will send only declined transactions to FlexPay. For each decline in DirectScale, a call will be sent to FlexPay, which will analyze the result and return a recommendation for the next retry date & time.

Note: You must be integrated with Nexio or NMI as your payment processor in order to leverage FlexPay's failed payment recoverne salvage capabilities with DirectScale.

Before We Get Started

This guide requires you to have your FlexPay account already setup. If you have not done this, please go over the Setting up your account in FlexPay section on our support page, contact your Client Success Manager, or send an email to [email protected] if you have questions regarding your account.

Generating API Keys on FlexPay

  1. First, acquire your unique API key(s) from the FlexPay client portal. Please refer to Generating Your API Keys or use your existing API Keys.
  2. Repeat this for each company you have. Make a note of each of these keys as they are encrypted so they cannot be accessed later.

Configuring DirectScale

At this point you're done on the FlexPay side and ready to configure your CRM. For the next steps, please refer to Integrating with FlexPay for Payment Recovery
