In most cases, FlexPay Relationship managers will set up the FlexPay MIDs on LimeLight for the clients. To do so, the client must provide credentials for the RM to access the account. Unfortunately, there are times when the credentials provided do not grant access and the RM is not able to log in to setup the MIDs.
The reason this occurs is because the client has to enable access to certain parameters within LimeLight granting the RM access. To facilitate the client to the correct parameters to grant access are the following screen shots from within LimeLight the RM can use to guide the client too.
